TriComfort Solutions LLC provides residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing services, including but not limited to installation, repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and system replacement. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and confirmation by our technicians.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions are present.
3. Estimates & Diagnostics

4. Emergency & After-Hours Service
Emergency and after-hours services are offered and may be subject to additional fees. Availability is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Missed appointments, restricted access, or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
6. Payments

A deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, check, and Venmo.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or non-payment may result in additional fees and collection actions.
7. Warranties & Limitations

Manufacturer warranties apply to parts where applicable.

We are not responsible for failures caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, customer-supplied parts, or pre-existing conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriComfort Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Hidden or Pre-Existing Conditions
Older systems, concealed components, or prior improper repairs may contain issues not visible during an initial inspection. TriComfort Solutions LLC is not responsible for additional repairs required due to hidden or pre-existing conditions discovered during service.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related messages, including appointment reminders, updates, estimates, and approvals.
