Effective for All Services & Equipment Installations
1. Warranty Overview
Tri Comfort Solutions LLC is committed to delivering the highest standard of service and quality equipment to every customer we serve. This Limited Warranty Statement outlines the warranty coverage provided by Tri Comfort Solutions LLC in connection with all equipment installed and services rendered. By engaging our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
2. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
All equipment installed by Tri Comfort Solutions LLC — including but not limited to water heaters, HVAC systems, boilers, thermostats, and plumbing fixtures — is backed in full by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product line and may cover parts, components, heat exchangers, compressors, and other equipment-specific elements for periods ranging from one (1) year to the lifetime of the unit, depending on the product.
Tri Comfort Solutions LLC will assist customers in navigating manufacturer warranty claims and will work directly with manufacturers on the customer's behalf whenever possible. Coverage terms, exclusions, and durations are governed by each manufacturer's warranty policy and are subject to change without notice by the manufacturer.
3. Tri Comfort Solutions LLC — Labor Warranty
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty on parts and equipment, Tri Comfort Solutions LLC provides a one (1) year labor warranty on all work performed by our licensed technicians. This labor warranty covers defects in workmanship directly resulting from the installation or service performed by Tri Comfort Solutions LLC, and applies from the date of the original service as reflected on the customer's invoice.
In cases where the applicable manufacturer's warranty includes labor coverage extending beyond one (1) year, Tri Comfort Solutions LLC will honor that extended labor coverage in full. The customer will not be charged for any labor costs that are covered under an active and valid manufacturer's warranty, provided the claim meets all manufacturer requirements and is not the result of customer misuse, improper maintenance, or causes beyond the scope of the original installation.
4. Manufacturer Warranty Registration
Many manufacturers require product registration to activate full warranty benefits. It is the customer's responsibility to register their equipment with the manufacturer promptly following installation. Failure to register the product within the required timeframe may result in reduced warranty coverage or the forfeiture of certain warranty benefits.
To register your product, please have the following information available:
- Model number and serial number of the installed equipment (located on the unit label)
- Date of installation (as shown on your Tri Comfort Solutions LLC invoice)
- Your name, address, and contact information
- Retailer/installer information (Tri Comfort Solutions LLC)
Registration may be completed online through the manufacturer's official website or by mail using the registration card included with the product. Tri Comfort Solutions LLC is not responsible for any reduction in warranty benefits resulting from a customer's failure to register.
5. Proof of Purchase — Retain Your Invoice
Customers are strongly advised to retain all invoices, receipts, and service records provided by Tri Comfort Solutions LLC. Your invoice serves as the official proof of purchase and proof of installation date, both of which are required to:
- Submit a warranty claim with the manufacturer
- Substantiate labor warranty coverage with Tri Comfort Solutions LLC
- Verify installation compliance for permit or inspection purposes
- Support resale or transfer of warranty coverage, where permitted by the manufacturer
Tri Comfort Solutions LLC recommends storing a digital and physical copy of your invoice in a secure location for the duration of the warranty period. Duplicate copies of invoices may be requested by contacting our office, though availability cannot be guaranteed for records older than seven (7) years.
